“A wonderful small hotel right by the beach. The owner is really nice, helpful and ensured we had a great stay. The breakfast was included and we just ordered what we wanted. We had a light lunch salad with the best balsamico I have ever had and were treated to some extra cheese. After spending time on the beach we sat down in their outdoor seating for just a drink and they served a whole platter of delicious snacks (foccacia, cheese, tomatoes, etc). Room was small but clean and comfortable with A/C, a comfortable bed, modern bathroom and window shades. The street outside was not very busy and seemed to be closed to traffic in the evening/night, so the room was very quiet.”

“Lovely place with fantastic staff! The Appartement was very clean and just by the sea, walking distance to the center with a lot of good restaurants and small shops. We could bring our dog and we where very thankful for that. We liked it so much that we decided to stay longer. I can highly recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable night at this magical coast!”

Large comfy beds, quiet at night and a beautiful view of the sea. The bistro on-site is quaint and the included breakfast is well thought out and delicious. “Absolutely loved it. The wonderful hostess and staff, the really thoughtful service, the beautiful rooms, the great location, the gorgeous breakfast. I have rarely experienced such a wonderful, hospitable place. Tiziana is the best, always making sure we were happy. How could we not be? The hotel is across from the beach on a quiet street so we enjoyed the view and the short walk to a nice swim. The old town is just a five-minute walk. And we loved Sestri Levante: it had the tourist-free peace we needed after Cinque Terre craziness. We had the black-and-white room, which was large and stylish. High ceiling, small fridge, great air conditioning, big windows for the ocean view and fresh air. Perfect. I think every time we walked in or out of the hotel the amazing breakfast room/cafe staff warmly greeted us and asked if we wanted coffees or bottles of water (at no charge). Also there were always two or three cakes out for any time we got hungry. Breakfast was perfect, with a highlight being the fresh fruit salad with piles of blueberries and strawberries. With granola and yogurt it was a great way to start the day. (There's also bacon or cold cuts, boiled eggs, toast, chunks of delicious parmesan, etc.) Ignore the unfinished website. They're too busy making a terrific place to stay. I miss it already but will remember it fondly. Big thanks to Tiziana and staff.”

“Great hotel with a view at the sea and marvelous garden where you can sit long hours after a whole day of sightseeing or sun bathing. Great food, drinks and coffee. Quiet, Very clean. Great amount of towels changed daily. The owners are very nice and very helpful. Great location for sightseeing and traveling.”

“What an amazing find! We were looking for something on the water that wasn’t one of the large, impersonal hotels. We could not have been more pleased. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are large and VERY comfortable. Nights are surprisingly quiet. I’m a light sleeper and I slept like a baby. The bistro downstairs is lush with plants. There is also a beautiful garden. Breakfast was perfect and the service is personal and friendly. “This is the perfect choice for a quite stay by the beach in Sestri Levante. I loved it! .... Excellent location, just crossing the street from Baia delle Favole beach ... which offers the perfect sunset views from your room. Super easy access from the train station only 5 minutes walk, which is perfect if doing day trips to other seaside towns in Liguria. The area is peaceful and perfect for walks to the old town for dining out. Special chapter dedicated to Giorgio and Tiziana, the hotel owners. Super friendly and kind and always interested in knowing if guests are having a good stay. I would always return!”
